Thank you for your consideration for having Pastor Denny Acosta and/or Pastor Ligia Acosta to speak at your event. They are truly humbled and honored for every single request they get on a regular basis. Their hearts is to be able to minister to as many people as they possibly can.
However, they realize that it is not always possible as they have a heavy schedule. To be able to prayerfully consider your request, we have setup requirements that will enable them to attend to your events needs as well as theirs.
1. Date of request:
Because of their schedule, we might already have event's planned out within the time you request. So we ask that you send your request at least six months before it occurs.
We do not consider the size of your church/event as a factor of the decision process. Our Pastors love to minister to small groups just as much as large groups. However, they are full time in the ministry. Though we do not have a set fee and can be considerable to the amount, please keep in mind that this is what their family and the ministry live on. All honorariums must be made in US funds and made available upon their departure.
3. *Travel Arrangements:
We require that our requester make round air travel and ground transportation available to either of them and a ministerial staff member as well.
*Air Travel: Please book for a business class seat and their guest as coach.
*Airport Pickup: We ask that you send us the picture and name(s) of your staff member(s) that will be picking either of them and their guest from the airport.
4. Hotel Accommodations:
For all events, we require accommodations for either of them and one guest to be made in a hotel room paid by the requester with the checkout date to be no earlier then the morning of the last meeting.
